Went in to have an inspection done and ended up making a total of 3 trips for the same thing. 1st trip, I went in the morning when it was not busy and waited over an hour, ended up failing and was quoted over 700.00 for them to fix it. We decided to do it ourselves so I left and waited for the parts to come in. That was last week. Went in today after the repairs that were listed, verified in person AND over the phone, were fixed to be told that the back tires needed replaced. I was there for less than 30 minutes this trip. After explaining the above with one of the techs, they tried to say that it wasn't specified, and honestly made me feel like I was lying when I wasn't. So I left and and ended up having to make a 3rd and final trip to pass inspection. I am assuming that the person that I spoke with may have been a manager or maybe lead as he was wearing a different colored shirt than the others, i told him what happened, he looked at the ticket and the computer and said that it was not specified anywhere and that the lack of communication is not what they are about. Either way, will not be returning.

Even though I didn’t end up having the repair done at this location, I had a great experience with their team. Jason was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process, keeping me updated over the phone, checking my mileage and for some paperwork in the glovebox I would need, answering all of my questions, and making a stressful situation much easier. He had even tucked my (empty) purse under the seat for extra safety, which was a thoughtful touch. Thanks to Jason and the team for diagnosing the problem and making what could have been a frustrating experience ended up being a positive one.

Not sure what happened to this place. They used to be the best in Joplin, now they are falling short of even basic expectations. I went in for a tire alignment and a tie-rod replacement as i knew the tie-rods (inner) were bad and moving and would have thrown off the alignment process. 15 minutes after i dropped my car off and my parts (both outer and inner), they called me saying the tie-rods were great and solid, the issue was 💯 my wheel bearings. I told them i had tested the wheel bearings and saw no play/movement in the bearings, the movement was definitely inner tie rod play. They told me "well we got it on a lift and their technicians diagnosed the issue" so they recommended a $400 wheel bearing job instead, which of course "could not be done today," again assuring me the tie-rods were great and showed no sign of play. I took a video of my inner-tie rods being shot before i did the job myself. Only giving them 2 stars because nobody reads the 1 stars. Im almost positive they wanted to take me for an additional, unnecessary wheel bearing expense and then would have tacked on another $400 to get the tie rods replaced in order to do the alignment.

I have been here 3 times in 4 months. Tires, front suspension, and leaf springs. These guy give me very good accurate quotes and do great work. Appointment scheduling was easy on their website and they even send you text reminders.

Wife and I stopped in to get a inspection on our car and to find out what's wrong with a particular issue with our car, our fears was confirmed but at least we know it's legitimate and we will be treated fair. We have recently moved to the area and was in search of a good shop and wife and I are both satisfied we have found that shop. We will be using them for all our future needs for sure. Very professional and polite staff.
